Hi - anybody know the way to cut out the recycle bin from the -2000 volume?
The example LiveReports don't work since the RB folder doesn't exist in dtree. Or how to filter out RB items in a LiveReport query?
Thanks in advance,

Tom,
The Recycle Bin is its own volume.
So it is different to the Enterprise volume.
If you did a report against the Enterprise workspace volume) it will not have anything of the Recycle Bin included.
The following statement will sum the size of all vesinos of all dtree objects in the RecycleBin workspace.
Select sum(datasize) from dversdata where docid in (select dataid from dtree where ownerid in (select ownerid from dtree where subtype=3030))
Regards
Lindsay

Is there a subtype list somewhere for the different volumes? I’d like to do reports on other volumes such as E-mail and Project.
Thanx!

Thanks Colin. That's a handy report. I figured out the subtype to be 750 for email volumes
You can also download the Schema Companion and Reference Guide for LES 9.7.1. it has a number of useful tables. They are not complete because of all the varying Subtypes and Auditing capabilities brought on by one module or another. Sometimes, all you can do it gather this information through trial and error.
