Workflow Disposition Selected LiveReport

Can anyone help with this? I'm trying to build a report that will show the disposition a user selected during a workflow. The task could be executed multiple times -rejected then routed back and approved etc. I thought the wfdispositions-wf_value entry would have this information but it only seems to display the last disposition selected. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!SQL select subwork_title, subworktask_title, subworktask_datedone, wfdispositions.wf_value, kuaf.name from wsubwork, wfdispositions, wsubworktask, kuaf where wfdispositions.wf_workflowid = subworktask_workID and subworktask_performerid = kuaf.id and subwork_subworkid = wfdispositions.wf_workflowid and wf_workflowid = %1 ORDER BY subworktask_datedone ASC

Praveen, Thanks so much for your response! Unfortunately, I keep getting an error when trying to run this "Livelink Error: Error processing request. [[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Invalid Descriptor Index" As you may guess, I do not have much knowledge writing SQL. Do you have any suggestions? On a side note, the workflow I would like to run this against has 3 possible dispositions-Approve No Changes, Approve With Changes & Reject.When I tried running the report I did try using a workflow with approve and reject dispositions.Can you help again and suggest the proper statements for the 3 dispositions we have for this workflow?Thanks again!

Hi Smith,

Regarding dispositions, there isn't a way in Livelink to get all the previous dispositions of a particular task. Open Text may have to provide an addition table in order to maintain all the dispositions of a particular task.

To achieve your requirement you may have to create a stored procedure according to your workflow design.

w.r.t to the error i feel sorry it didn't work at your end. can you try running the query in your SQL client?. The error could be due to too many joining of tables. I am using SQL Server 2005. Which version SQL server are you using?
