Edit Permissions for Sub Folders Status goes Blank after 10 items Processed

When trying to modify the permissions on subfolders for a user either adding or deleting,the pop-up dialog box that provides you the status goes blank after processing approximately 10 items. After approximately 5 minutes I still have no status therefore I close the dialog box to see if the changes took place, sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I navigate to this by selecting Functions > Permissions > Select a User > Select Sub Items from the "Apply To" drop down menu. Is there any reason as to why this happens via this view and not when I change permissions through the Edit Sub Items Permissions Dialog Box. Any suggestions and comments are welcomed in order to resolve this. Thank you

Not sure why the qn is in the Live Reports discussion.Why youmay have is a script crash. If on the server you put wantLogs=TRUE and debug=2and re-start, my guesses tell me that you may find a file in the logs calledtrace……out.  Send this to OT support and they should be able to help you.
