Live Report that displays Livelink items with a certain specified audit event ...

Hello! In the Audit tab of the Properties function for a Livelink item, a list of "audit" events (i.e., Version Opened, Permission Changed, etc) and the corresponding person who invoked that event are displayed. Does anyone know how to create a Live Report that displays all the items and users that have invoked a specific "audit" event. For instance, how would I query for a list of all Livelink items whose permissions have been changed by users in a specified period of time? (I'll keep looking through the forum to see if a solution of something similar has been posted. Thank you foryour time!

I recommend using the "Query Audit Log" feature of the Livelink Administration pages for this. It can be found under the "Administer Event Auditing" section.

I didn't know that this function existed, thanks! This will definitely probably to the trick. Is it possible for a LiveReport to be created similarly to the function you mentioned?

It is possible; just requires figuring out the specific SQL to run against the DAuditNew table for the information you need.
