Workflow steps completed by a selected user

I looked through the KC but can't find anything on this. I need a LiveReport (Oracle, Livelink 9.7.1) that has a an input of User (so you can select the user) that will list every workflow step he/she has completed, the workflow name, date step available and date completed. Does anyone have anything on this or can steer me to an earlier posting? Thank you so much.

Not sure if I can help write the exact livereport but I will probably check the view called "toDo" and 'wworkstatus" table in livelink.The document is a very good one gives you some good overview.Also I am sure that if you checked the workflows discussion are you would have had better luck as well.If your userid is 4531 to see how many workflows in livelink you have work whether you have done it or not you could write something likeselect subworktask_subworkid,subworktask_performerid,subworktask_status ,subworktask_title from wsubworktaskwhere subworktask_performerid=4531If you want the friendly name of the user than the cryptic id you could do something likeselect a.subworktask_datedone,a.subworktask_subworkid,a.subworktask_performerid,a.subworktask_status ,a.subworktask_title,b.name,b.firstname,b.lastnamefrom wsubworktask a,kuaf bwhere b.id=a.subworktask_performerid and subworktask_performerid=4531Slowley analyze those queries and you should look at the document and really see what

FROM wsubworktask a, wsubwork b

WHERE a.subworktask_workid = b.subwork_workid

AND a.subworktask_subworkid = b.subwork_subworkid

AND a.subworktask_performerid = %1

AND a.subworktask_status = -1

The above query will fetch you the desire results. In case you want to get the Main Workflow title, you can use wwork table instead of wsubwork. I hope this helps.
