Workflow Title Rather than WF Step in Workflow notifications

We recently noticed a difference in workflow notifications between 9.5 & 9.7 in 9.5 the title of the Workflow was in the notification message an in 9.7 it has the WF step and not the title is there a way to revert back to the WF title or have title and step in the WF notification.Thank you,Chris JonesNorthrop Grumman
