NTLM Authentication and View As WebPage in Scaled Enviornment

We have Livelink 9.7.1 , Directory Services and using IIS 6.0.We have Horizontally and vertically Scaled Enviornment (Multiple LL Instances on Multiple Box). To configure NTLM Authentication on IIS, Anonymous access has to be set as False and Integrated Windows Authentication as True. And for Scaled Enviornment we need to have Common Directory for ViewCache. probelm is that Even though I give Authenticated user as full access (more than required) still View as WebPage fails for LL Instances hosted on any box other than the one that has View Cache Directory as local.Same Kinda problem is with Remote Cache, If you are using External Drive as Cache Directory than for NTLM configuration What permission is needed for user to successfully add and read stuff from Remote Cache (Authenticated user access has failed)
