Logout belongs to which ospace? Is it the Webll?
I am creating a logout quicklink under the Tool Menu.
There should already be a log-out option under Tools, unless you’reusing directory services, or if you’re looking to implement a custom logout?

There is no logout under tools. I have created a custom module for that, just looking for some details.
I am guessing that you are not seeing the Logout option as you are using a SSO approach to your Livelink system, as Livelink utilises the REMOTE_USER header passed by the WebServer, such as IIS, there is no concept of Login or Logout as whenever you go to a Livelink page the REMOTE_USER HTTP header is passed and authenticates you.
There is a case for users who have a standard Livelink login, such as "Admin" or "Test Users" etc to see a LogOut button in this configuration, and OT have a Feature Request for this already, although it is a simple fix to add in if you want as a developer.
Here is my question:
To add a quicklink under tools, what object needs to be orphaned?
Thanks,

As mentioned in your other post (https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/llisapi.dll?func=ll&objId=17431168&objAction=viewincontainer&ViewTopicsByReply) you can do this simply by updating the Quick Links section in OpenText.ini as per your other post - https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/llisapi.dll?func=ll&objId=17490023&objAction=viewincontainer&ViewTopicsByReply
