Hi,
This is not correct.
C++ LAPI works just fine with UTF-8 provided you are connectingwith a UTF-8 LL instance.

.NET and Java versions of LAPI should work just fine as well (withthe exception of a few bugs that we know about).
VB6 version of LAPI does not work well with UTF-8 (and neverhas).

.NET and Java versions of LAPI should work just fine as well (with the exception of a few bugs that we know about).
