Hi all,I want to display the category of a doc and have a filter function. I met a problem when one of the attribute in the category exists with 2 values.select DTree.*, a.ValStr "Author", a.ID, A.AttrId, a.DefID, b.ID, b.ValStr "country" from DTree, LLATTRData a, LLAttrData b where DTree.DataID=a.ID and a.AttrID=2 and a.defID=28835 and DTree.DataID=b.ID and b.AttrID=2 and b.defID=28835 and upper(b.ValStr) like upper ('%%us%%').my country attribute can have 2 or more values, like US, India, China, Japan. So, when i do the filter of US, document with only US as the country attribute will return, those with US and India will not return.Any guide to help me change my sql to my requirements? Thanks

Hopefully the qn is to find all records containing US & INDIA.If so I do not see why you cannot use thisand ( upper(b.ValStr) like upper ('%%in%%' ) or upper(b.ValStr) like upper ('%%china%%' )) Note we include a parenthesis so that it is more readable.Note if your b category is a multi variate kind(with the plus sign so you can have India,US,China in them) I think your query will repeat the same docid for those values
