Is there a way to show when a user was added to a particular group?I currently have a report that goes in an audits a group on a wekkly basis to show who all is in it. I would like to show the date each user was added to the group in the results.

Without using a LiveReport, y
ou can find out as follows:
1. Login to Livelink as the Admin user.
2. Go to the Livelink Administration pages using the ?func=admin.index URL extension.
3. In the "System Administration" section, click the "Administer Event Auditing" hyperlink.
4. Click the "Query Audit Log" hyperlink.
5. In the "Target Items" section, click the radio-button to the left of "Single user/group" and click the head icon to choose the group.
7. Click the "Submit Query" button.

Actually I am looking to pull the creation date via LiveReport. Is it possible?

"The creation date" as in the date a user was added to the group? This requires that you have to have auditing of group events on. Check this first on the admin pages. See this reply from Appu about how to do this:

Belinda,
Using Bupinder's technique, you can find out all of that information through the GUI interface.
I recommend you look at it because the page that he describes contains many pulldown lists so provides great flexibility.
However, if you do want to run a livereport to report on the creation of groups, this statement will give you the information...
select * from dauditnew where auditid=1 and dataid is null and value1=1 and value2 in (select name from kuaf where type=1)
AuditID=1 is equivalent to AuditStr='Create'
DataID is null will prevent matching DTree objects with the same name
Value1=1 means groups, 0 means Users
Value2 contains the name of the group, so the nested select in the example will list all groups.
Remember also that auditing events are configurable - the one you want may be turned off, so the event may not have been recorded.
