When is the personal staging folder deleted?

If the last item in the personal staging folder is completed, the oscript code in the completion action deletes it. If the last item in the personal staging folder is deleted, the standard deletion action is called and the (empty) personal staging folder remains there.

The web UI does not show links to empty personal staging folders anymore but such orphans can be obtained by LAPI or even browsed by the web UI as long as you know the node ID.

Is it not an issue to have the personal staging folder "leaking"? It is only for the deletion operation, but...

The CLM Services uses the personal staging folder from its UI and do not delete it in any case if it gets empty. I wonder, is there any job which cleans up those empty staging folders?
