module intallation fails on testing server

I have created two modules using builder and when I try to install these on the testing server (by adding these in the staging folder), then the "admin install modules" page crashes.

I am not sure why.......

Any input would be much appreciated.

Could you try to be a bit more specific asto what happens when it ‘crashes’? What is the error message in theBuilder debug window?

Also, a common cause of moduleinstallation not working correctly is when there are extraneous files andfolders in the staging folder. Please ensure that the only things in thestaging folder are *complete*modules.

We are trying to install these modules on the testing server. This is on a UNIX system. When we move the modules to the staging folder, the install modules page (from the admin index) crashes. Just shows an blank screen.

your modules are compatible for windows file system.Are you doing the needful for a UNIX port.See this thread if you are not doing it
