Unable to download the Lapi Setup Files

Can someone point me in the right direction to the setup files. i thought they came with the installation but it doesnt seem that way.

When i go to the download/ecmserver/sdk section, i just get an error?

really annoying as i have a deadline to build some functionallty.

download what you need for the right OS.

In case you are really looking for webservices,it will be in this path of your livelink server(it has to be 9.7.1

<OTHOME>\\webservices

Due to a classification review by the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security, the Open Text Content Server SDK product, upgrades or patches, are currently unavailable for export to countries other than Canada and the United States of America.

Still awaiting it to be resolved, was said by mid july but still nothing.

Someone from the productmanagement must have requested this to make the customers switch over to the newer web services :-)

Maybe it is the right time to support an open-source project to vreate a client-side LAPI library based only the protocol description and not the Open Text Content Server SDK :-)

What happens to customers outside the US and Canada who are already using the SDK via LAPI. Are there any risks?
