I assume with your AD synchronization you are also using NTLM toprovide a seamless integration and login.
What you can do for users that are not in AD is to create themmanually in LiveLink. If you have NTLM in place for regular users you will thenneed a 2nd web (or virtual directory) in IIS without NTLM authenticationenabled. Users who are not in AD then should login via this non-NTLM web (orvirtual directory) and LiveLink will prompt for username and password.

We have a single instance of livelink with AD synch. I have a requirement that a certain set of users who are not a part of AD has to be given access to Livelink. As they will never be a part of AD, is there a way we can make livelink to prompt for login credentials and these users can login with a username and password
