You will need to walk the folder tree and filter where catalog=1
There are many posts for walking a tree and the code depends on the RDBMS - with Oracle you would use "connect by prior" whereas SQL server needs a recursive common table expression for SQL 2005 or a custom stored procedure in earlier versions.
