Attempting to connect to an Active directory with ldaps on solaris

We are attempting to connect to an active directory from livelink using ldaps in a solaris\unix based environment.

We receive the error message -

 

\Initialized LDAP SSL client
KLDAP (SSL) constructor: server initialization failed.
[] : Synchronization completed with error: Unable to create a connection to

 

Is anyone else using Livelink\solaris who has made a connection to an active directory using ldaps.

It takes a little work but it willeventually work.  We are running the following environments:

 

Livelink v9.7.0

Directory Services 3.0.0

Sun Directory Server 5.2.4

Solaris 9

 

Livelink v9.7.1

Directory Services 3.0.0

Sun Directory Server 5.2.4

Solaris 10

 

The system administration that built thesystems has left.  If you have specific questions I can look at our systemand attempt to get an answer.

 

We are in the process of rebuilding theSolaris 9 system on Solaris 10.  We have been trying to use Sun DirectoryServer 6.3 and it has not worked.

 

What are the specifics of yourenvironment.
