ContentService.DownloadContent

 We are having issue attempting to download content of large document.

Attach is the screenshot on how we do it using VB.NET.

ContentService.DownloadContent function returns a stream but when attempting to read the stream we get specified error not supported.

Any Suggestions, recommendation will be appreciated.

Hi, Timothy.

It looks like WCF's (undocumented) MessageBodyStream doesn't support the Length property.  I'd suggest reading from the stream until no bytes are returned:

            while ((bytesRead = downloadStream.Read(buffer, 0, BUFFER_SIZE)) > 0)
            {
                totalBytesRead += bytesRead;
                // ...
            }

            downloadStream.Close();
