Hi,In my organisation, we have create a supplemental markings.When a folder was created in livelink, one need to select the supplemental markings precreated. This will match against the user supplemental markings, if they have matching selected supplemental markings, they will be able to view the reports. I need to create a livereport which able to return the id of these matching reports.I have been looking through the schema of livelink, but could not locate the tables that store all the supplement markings. Anyone can point me to the table if there no one written this type of sql before. Thanks...

Apologies to the multiple post.Just taken a look on the table, there is SUPPMARK and DESCRIPTION. There is no key to link to the document and user? As in i will not be able to know the SUPPMARK of a document and user which i need the information. Thanks..

Check the correct table: RMSec_DocSuppMark should contain dataid.A user’s supplemental marking is in RMSec_UserSuppMarks. You can find all thesedetails in the schema reference for the Security Clearance module.

Hi,Thanks for pointing out the table. Have come up with the sql statment. Have been figuring it for days, need some sql expertise advise.[code]select USERID from LLADMIN.RMSEC_USERSUPPMARKS where SUPPMARK in (select SUPPMARK from LLADMIN.RMSEC_DOCSUPPMARK where DATAID=%1)[/code]The above statment is able to return those userid that the docment's suppmark matches user's suppmark. But if the doc has 2 suppmark, it will still userid with one of the suppmark. As in example, a doc has a suppmark of CTRY_Africa and CTRY_Europe and a user with suppmark of CTRY_Europe. I do not wish that userid being returned. It should only returned userid that contains at least matches the suppmark of the doc Thanks if someone can help with my sql.Sorry not that stronge in sql, need to buck up.
