I would suggest using a Workflow of just a few steps. You would askthe initiator to fill out two Item Reference attributes to indicate the source andthe target folders, then an Item Handler step to Copy the folders. (I expectyou could simply let the target folder attribute repeat multiple times, butthis needs to be tested).

you should wrap the logic into a sql query of dtree but you should be creating objects using lapi,webservices or oscript.if you have web reports you can do this with ease,otherwise the psuedo code will be for each folder id in my folders create new folder(parent,name) end if you have Object Importer configured that would be another simple option in my view.
