adding folder under enterpriseWS or PersonalWS

Hi,

I'm using the LLTreeView example and I having difficulty adding folder under EnterpriseWS or PersonalWS.

If I start my root ( GetRootNode) from something else then PWS or EWS it's working.

Are you using the Java LLTreeView sample? Also, can you tell me the error you are getting when trying to add a folder to the EnterpriseWS or PersonalWS?

I'm using c# example.

No error message.

For EWS probleme:

first, it's look like you can only add folders when the parent is a folder and EWS it's not a folder.

In the example, the add Folder button is not accesible when you're on the root EWS. If you select a folder below the root you can create one but not directly on the root.

It's the same issue with PWS.

I've tried on the PWS to force the button to be accesible and then I can add a folder but you don't see it. No error message.

You have to re-execute the code to be able to see the folder created.

It's look it's a special case for refreshing the TreeView ?

Hi Ghislain,

This seems to just be an issue with the LLTreeView sample for 9.7.1. This has been changed in the LLTreeView sample for CWS 10.0.0 to enable the "Add Folder" button for the EnterpriseWS.

There is no reason why you should not be able create a folder in the EnterpriseWS (or PersonalWS). This was just a limitation imposed by the LLTreeView sample.
