OpenText Imaging Client 9.5.2 Versus SAP GUI 7.10

I know that the release notes for SAP Solutions on image clients 9.5.2 that not mention SAP GUI 7.10 compatibility. Does anyone know if there's patch or note instruction on running 9.5.2 clients with SAP GUI 7.10.

Hello,

I would recomend to open a support case as I expect that support for SAPGui 7.10 may be added with a viewer patch. But I am not sure.

We are using the viewer 9.5.2 with the newest patchlevel with SapLogon 7.10 which means SAPGui 7.10.

But we are using only the pure viewer functionality and no Desktoplink or other additional addon (IXtractor....)

Hi there,

Viewer 9.7.0 has been released late 2009 and it is rleased for SAP GUI 7.10, has been also tested against 7.20. We doe not plan to test the 9.5. edition against the newer releases of SAP GUI, we recommend to upgrade Viewer instead.
