Using External Web-Services within Livelink

I need to know if I can use the web-services which is created by other programming languages, to be used in Livelink.

 

Ex. webservices created by Asp.net to retrieve department name list in our organization. I need to customize Livelink to view this list (using OScript or .....).

You might want to post this question in the Content Server Builder forum.

In general, the best approach for consuming web services from OScript seems to be to create a Java class to handle the interaction with the web service and call that class from OScript.
