Workflows Initiated from a Form

Quick question from a client.

 

I could use your help on a livereport. Do you know which field holds the attribute that represents if aworkflow is initiated by the use of a form? I haven’t been able to findit on OpenText or in the schema. My initial thought is that it is  map_maptypein the wmap table but I haven’t been able to verify that or decode whatthe numbers 1 or 101 means.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
