Creating a Web Service

Hello,

I have been attempting to create my own web service, I think I'm pretty well set on what happens inside builder, but I'm unclear on how to generate the WSDL to install on IIS. The documentation says something about an ANT script, but I'm not real clear on what to do. Can someone fill in the broad strokes?
