Livelink 9.7.1 Application shutdown

When using the .Net web services in LiveLink 9.7.1 we will get the following error message from time to time:

"INFO [28] Application shutdown"

I've looked through the log files, but haven't been able to determine the cause.

Has anyone else encountered this error?

Is IIS shutting down the Application Pool because it is idle?

This error is hapening while we are using the web services, so I don't think that the application pool would be idle. The idle timeout for the pool on IIS is set to 20 minutes

Is there anything in the Windows System Log about the Application Pool termination?
