Hi Michael,
Your question has been keenly addressed by Bhupinder Singh in a Previous Topic.
Have a look at https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/llisapi.dll?func=ll&objId=2627549&objAction=view&show=2 and particularly the link he included with the comment:
If you wish to set up a LiveReport to produce a list of all groups to which a user belongs, and are using an Oracle database with Livelink, an exhaustive answer to this question can be found at the following location in the Open Text Knowledge Centre: https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/llisapi.dll?func=ll&objId=2627549&objAction=view&show=2

Hi Mike,
I’m including an attachment that may give your Records Managers that functionality.
It allows them to, first, see the Groups, then click on a pass-through that reveals the users within.
Let me know if it serves your purpose.

Hi AlThat was perfect did not have to do much to get the report to return the information i wanted. One other question i did have was if you knew if i could use a sub-report to use the click through to open each of the groups up from the returned results. What i am trying to do here is give our Records managers the type of functionality offered to administrators in allowing them to view the groups a specific user is a member of then allowing them to browse the group. It would be great if you could even point me at some good documention on this or else some advice ?..RegardsMike.
