Livelink Server Livelink do not start

I have the following problem:

I have installed Livelink 9.7.1
Livelink Livelink Server service does not start and I get the following error Event Viewer: " The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( LivelinkAdmin ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: LivelinkAdmin error: 6, SetServiceStatus."

Also, when I start the service consumes all the processor llserver.exe

Any idea?

Does the Livelink service account have rights to the application directory? Never seen that particular message, but the admin service is not required to run the Livelink service. It is normal for llserver.exe to have a high CPU utilization during initial startup. This is particularly true if there are a lot of patches installed.

Yes, the user account have all right on livelink directory.

There are a lot of patches installed. Any idea to solve it, i need that livelink services starting.

I've not seen this particular issue but have you checked the Task Manager on the server for memory resident LL processes that could be blocking the service from restarting?
