Help, error enterprise data source folder

Hello;

In a test environment, in a test environment, I have 1 FE server (front-end) and another server that is my BE (Back-End), the point is that when creating my "Enterprise data source folder" I get an error and does not create all the processes, do not know why I get the error.

The Search Manager has a file associated with it that needs to be stored in the External File Store.
If that EFS isn't working, then you can't create the Search Manager.

Are you able to add a document to the system successfully?
