Live Reports altering results

When viewing the result from a Live Report I want to display a number of documents with a certain criteria.I used the report function Live Report to do so.The type of the Word documents displayed show mimtype Plain document instead of Word document. How can I change that?We are using Live Report 2.2.0. (ECS 9.7.1)
