Hi All,
First of all I must say that I’m a rookie as for WS.
Said this here is my problem:
I have a customer that needs to insert documents inside Livelink 9.7.1 using our WSs.
The issue is that when they use the CreateDocument method they can’t insert the values for the Category’s metadata.
I’ve seen other threads about this argument and the result was to modify the XML so to include the value attribute.
My customers problem is that since they are using our WS in combination with SAP, the XML gets created automatically depending on the WSDL and can’t be modified and since in the default WSDL the value attribute is not present they are unable to insert any value in the categories assigned to the documents.
What the customer would like is an updated WSDL so that it includes also the value attribute for the category.
Do we have such a thing, Is this possible?
Thanks in advance
Regards,
Igor Zottich
