Security Clearance Module API

Hi,

May I know is there anyone who have use the following function:
1. RMSecSetUserSuppMarks() 

To successfully update a user's security settings? 

I was able to invoke the function and update the user's security settings. However, the new settings was not taken into account even though it was reflected in the Livelink's user settings. Anyone facing the same problem?

Software used:
1. Livelink 9.7.1
2. Security Clearance Moduel 4.2.0

Just to update we realized that the users' permissions are cached at the threads (default 5 threads per livelink server). That is why the change in permission did not take into any effect even though it is reflected as changed on the MMI.  Any way for us to programmatically clear or refresh these cache? if not set the threads to refresh them at a certain time interval? Any help will be very much appreciated!
