Lapi is very slow with CS 10

 I have an dotnet app which uploads custom form views to the content server. The ave time for this upload per the log files for CS10 is 2.1 seconds. On the same PC, using the same app, the upload takes .1 seconds to upload to 9.7.1 - a difference of 2 seconds.

I am using the 9.7.1 SDK as there is no CS10 LAPI SDK

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Hi Graham,

 

This was a known issue prior to Update 3.  Update 3 includes a fix for poor performance with LAPI calls.

Please ensure that you’re running with the most recent cumulative update for Content Server and let us know if it still occurs.
