Builder not working after applying update 3 for CS10

I applied update 3 to my dev instance and builder now gives the following error:

The procedure entry point ?ReadWithTimeout@KWSASocket@UEAA_JPEAD_JG@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library llkernel.dll

I then created a new instance with update 3 already applied, installed builder to this instance and get the same error.

Is a new version of builder required for update 3?

If you didn't apply U2, then yes a new builder is needed. There was one small interface change in the dll that required new binaries

I installed update 7 and got the message above. Downloaded the builder patch and put the new EXE in place and now I get:

Unhandled Exception during Content Server: c0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION)

when I try to run builder.

To make this easier on everyone, please get the matched builder install with the update install. They are both available on the KC. Then there will no mis-matched binaries or libraries.
