The Live Reports Discussion was recently converted to a forum for greater functionality. It has also been renamed to Content Server LiveReports Forum. Forums have many advantages over discussions, for example, you can:
1. Rate topics and Replies.
2. Filter topic and reply titles for specific keywords from the top of the page.
3. Post Reply with Quote, which is handy for creating dialogue within the forum. Quoting keeps messages within context and allows you to follow a conversation without needing to go back through the thread to see where the conversation began.
4. Associate icons to your topic or reply, for example, if your post is a question, assign the question mark icon to your post.
5. Pin your topic, so it appears at the top of the forum for greater visibility.
6. Change your view to display all forum topics and replies by Date View, Reply View, Thread View or Print View.
7. Create FAQs from forum topics.
