I have problems figuring out how to override the WebModule._SubclassCreatePost() in the Content Builder. I'm rather new to Content Builder. What are the steps to override this method and to debug code changes?

This is usually covered on the Builder Course, and in a little detail in the online help. If you have orphaned the module into your own OSpace then you can just edit it in situ, if the Object is in another OSpace then you would need to Override that method, ensuring that no other module/patch did as well.
Can you provide a little more information on what you are trying to do ?
