Beginner Question - CMIS and Content Server

Hello,

This is a complete beginner question, but I am working on integrating a CRM solution with OpenText Content Server.  WebSphere Process Server is the underlying middleware, and our expectation was that the WebSphere ECM Adapter would be able to communicate  with Content Server using the CMIS standard.

I haven't had success connecting thus far, and did not find any documentation about Content Server support of the CMIS standard either.

We are trying to integrate with OpenText Content Server 10.0.  Is CMIS an option for integration? Or are there any other best practices I should be aware of?

Hi Faraz,

you'd need to install Enterprise Library Services to bind the CMIS interface to the Content Server.

CMIS is supported on ELS 10.2.0 and ELS 10.2.1
