Live Report for Status Changes

Hello,

I need to create a LiveReport that will prompt the user to enter a numeric value for days and then return all records from a table within the Last_Modified_Date field.

We need to have two input prompt choices where the user will have the choice to see all status changes within the time frame selected and another that will show no status changes within the time frame selected.

This seems like it should be simple but I am having issues getting the SQL query to function properly for days since a date. The Last_Modified_Date field is a date type field in the table. Can somebody please point me in the right direction?
