I am wondering if anyone can give me some advice on Oracle SQL

I am trying to write a live report to return the 10 most recent documents that a user has viewed, i am able to get the documents by querying the daudit new for the audit string Fetch or View but i am unable to do it for the 10 most recent documents, i have tried using rownum=10 but it does not seem to work.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated or even if someone has done this already it would be great too.
