Administration Client error

Hi,

The administration client working ok, but after restart service tomcat, the administration client show this error

Login failed! (localhost:8080)

Authentication failed. No ticket is returned!

Attack rcs.log file and screenshot with error.

Hi,

I see in the attached rcs.log file the last two entries:

2011-10-18 09:33:10,616 ERROR [http-8080-1] otx.OTDS : com.opentext.otds.client.WebServiceOtdsCaller - No ticket is returned
2011-10-18 09:34:45,102 ERROR [http-8080-3] otx.OTDS : com.opentext.otds.client.WebServiceOtdsCaller - No ticket is returned

....................

That means that the user credential are not OK.  Which user have you used to connect?
