Adlib Express Server 4.7.0 conversion issue

Our MS Word documents contains screenshots/images in a word table, after conversion with Adlib, screenshots/images are missed from converted PDF documents.

We configuration is Adlib Express Server 4.7.0 with Livelink 9.7.1. Dose anyone else has the same issue?

Adlib has limitation of converting embedded objects. You can get the exact limitation by contacting the Adlib/OT support

Thanks for your reply. But the same documents converted fine in version 3.9.6, before we upgraded with the same setting. We did a registry import/export for the upgrade.
