How to set metadata while creating folder using java webservices

in the class specified Metadata i didnot find setter methods , so can some body help me how to create meta data object to create a folder with some meta data.

When using JAX-WS proxies, you have to use the getter to get the list, then you can add items using the add, set, etc. methods.
