Set description for specific auditing actions

I am running reports for multiple users targeting anything to do with "documents" for the given time period. When they create a document, it gives a desciption of "created in Enterprise:Corporate..etc". I need for it to be able to say that description for all of the version opened, document deleted and all of the other document functions that it pulls.

Any have an idea how I would go about doing this?

Once you have the DATAIDs you can use some SQL to get the full path to that location, however, this will only be correct at time of Report execution, e.g. Create a Document in A\B\C and then move it to A\B\C\D and then run the report will show the path as A\B\C\D, you can get around this by working with the Audit tables but its a bit complex.
