Does Livelink store usage data (AUDITSTR='Fetch') of LiveReports?

I cannot find any 'Fetch' in a LiveReport to show events of LiveReports.

Is there any way to find usage data of LiveReports?

It would be nice to see whether or not the LiveReports we create requested by users are actually used.

There is an audit event for Live Report execution. The audit id is 234 and the auditstr is LiveReport. The audit event LiveReportExecuted will need to be turned on. The audit detail shows the report name and the detailed SQL including any specified parameters.

You may not have the WebReports module but if you do, you could invoke the LiveReports via a WebReport and turn on the WebReport Run Audit.

Depending upon which version of LL you are running....the Audit events will show the LiveReport execution as an optional event, but it won't record it if you're not running 9.7.1 and up. You can get LR execution information from the Summary Timing Logs. It'll have who ran it and for how long.
