Hallo,
what's the relation between the WF - Tables to get a list of WF i have permissions for doing the next step?
Basically i need the same as ?func=Personal.Assignments to filter them further down.
Thanks Thomas
Have you seen this document?
https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/cs.dll?func=ll&objId=17344185&objAction=download&viewType=1
basically the view webactivework has all current tasks.Mostly old livelink workflow users will design a workflow with a "master manager" so you can filter your needed workflows on that.I beleive you can also nowadays base it on the map objid which is the dtree.dataid of the map.
I also wrote this to help sombody who was looking for some map information.Perhaps you will find it useful

Thanks, yes, i was seraching for that, but because we have it only on paper it, i don't have it with me ...

Hi Appu
this did not yet helped to the end and i serached also in my paper i got from the courses: is there any information around about the values of WSubWorkTask.SUBWORKTASK_FLAGS?
I think, this is the Query for all WF - Tasks the users have in theire ?func=Personal.Assignments. At least, the testcases for all my users are correct, but no idea aobut the Values of WSubWorkTask.SUBWORKTASK_FLAGS ...
or is there a btter SQL Statement for that around?
/***********************************************************/
SELECT kuaf.lastname || ', ' || kuaf.firstname || ' (' || kuaf.name || ')' , WSubWork.SUBWORK_TITLE , WSubWorkTask.SubWorkTask_Title , WSubWorkTask.SubWorkTask_TaskID , WSubWorkTask.SubWorkTask_WorkID , WSubWorkTask.SubWorkTask_SubWorkID , WSubWork.* , WSubWorkTask .* , WWork.* FROM WSubWorkTask inner join kuaf on kuaf.id = WSubWorkTask.SUBWORKTASK_PERFORMERID inner join WWork on WWork.WORK_WORKID = WSubWorkTask.SubWorkTask_SubWorkID inner join WSubWork on WSubWork.SUBWORK_WORKID = WSubWorkTask.SubWorkTask_SubWorkID and WSubWork.SUBWORK_SubWorkID= WSubWorkTask.SubWorkTask_SubWorkID
where 1 = 1
/* nur aktive WF */ and WWork.WORK_STATUS = 2
/* welche einem User zugeordnet sind */ and SUBWORKTASK_PERFORMERID is not null
/* laufende Tasks 2: rady, 3: started, 4: suspended, 5: executing !!!*/ and (WSubWorkTask.SUBWORKTASK_STATUS = 2 or WSubWorkTask.SUBWORKTASK_STATUS = 3 or WSubWorkTask.SUBWORKTASK_STATUS = 4 or WSubWorkTask.SUBWORKTASK_STATUS = 5 ) /* ????? zu prüfen ob da alle nötigen drin sind !!!*/ and ( WSubWorkTask.SUBWORKTASK_FLAGS = 164 OR WSubWorkTask.SUBWORKTASK_FLAGS = 36 )
order by WSubWorkTask.SUBWORKTASK_PERFORMERID
Merry Christmas and a happy new Year
Here’s some data I found in my archives on the SubWorkTask_Flags value (this dates back to 2005):
// work task flags
#define WAPI_SUBWORKTASK_FLAG_AUTODONE 0x0001 // task is auto done
#define WAPI_SUBWORKTASK_FLAG_MILESTONE 0x0002 // task is a milestone
#define WAPI_SUBWORKTASK_FLAG_TRUELINKS 0x0004 // task has true links
#define WAPI_SUBWORKTASK_FLAG_FALSELINKS 0x0008 // task has false links
#define WAPI_SUBWORKTASK_FLAG_LOOPLINKS 0x0010 // task has loop links
#define WAPI_SUBWORKTASK_FLAG_PREVIOUSLINKS 0x0020 // task has previous links
#define WAPI_SUBWORKTASK_FLAG_RECALCULATE 0x0080 // recalculate due dates when task finishes
Subworktask flags
SUBWORKTASK_FLAG_AUTODONE = 1 ---- task is auto done
SUBWORKTASK_FLAG_MILESTONE = 2 ---- task is a milestone
SUBWORKTASK_FLAG_RECALCULATE = 80 ---- recalculate due dates when task finishes
