New User Notification Report

Hello. I'm looking to create a livereport to notify me when a new user is created. We use directory services authentication on a nightly basis to sync users. Is there a way to create a livereport that runs every morning to gather the new users and send me an email with the listing?

We used to use webreports for the scheduling of our reports. We now use MS Report Builder 3 and Microsoft Reporting Services against our Oracle Livelink Database. In my opinion this is a better option as it allows you to produce scheduled reports and dashboards based upon the required sql query.

We track our userbase and licensed position via this report.

select Month, UserType , Add_User , Delete_user , Add_user - Delete_user Additions from

We used to monitor the creation of personal workspaces as a way of seeing how many users where created

Thanks Craig! This starts me down the right path :-). I would like to see the userids though because as users get created we need to send them an orientation email so we would need that info.

This is the other report we use to review new user accounts. We look at this each month rather than every day but it may be of use.

select a. auditdate , a. userid , a. event , a. eventdesc , kuaf . firstname , kuaf . lastname , kuaf . mailaddress

from RM_USERAUDIT a, kuaf

where a. dataid = kuaf .id and event = 'Add User'

and auditdate >=(sysdate- 1 )
