This should probably be in our Live Report Discussion group. I think – based on your requirements – that you are referring to data collected by the Physical Objects module. Can you clarify that?

My guess is yes. I was seeking advice and or assistance as I am required to find the information for a destruction report.
I was wondering if a Live Report could be created and originally I was wondering if I could query the audit log, but it doesn't seem to have the right keywords for a query such as this.
As I stated I signed a NDA, and was requested to get the following information:
Dept.
Record Series Title
Record Dates
Storage List
Box #
It looks like the some of the PHysItem tables might be useful, and or the RMDISPResults or RSI tables. Just trying to figure out the relationships and how one might get the information needed to determine if items are up for destruction.
