Content Server Builder starting Error

We have Content Server version 10. After successfully installing the
Content Server Builder 10.0.0, when we execute the llbuilder.exe, we get a popup
with an error:

"The procedure entry point ?ReadWithTimeout@KWSASocket@@UEAA_JPEAD_JG@Z
could not be located in the dynamic library llkernel.dll."

We checked that we do have the llkernell.dll. Is anything missing from
our environment?

Hi,

 

It sounds like you installed an update to Content Server, probably Update 3 or higher correct?  If so, you need to get the latest builder install from the KC, I believe it is marked as being for Update 3 and higher.
