The HTTP service is too busy ?!

I've been trying to get the lltreeview example to work using windows authentication. From the (Windows 7) machine of a colleague of mine the application works fine so client-application and server are ok.

When I try to run the application from my (Windows XP) machine I keep getting the error that the HTTP service is too busy.

I tried the application on a different Windows 7 machine but got the same error. When the previously mentioned colleague logged on this machine the application also gave the same error regarding the service being too busy.

Has anyone any idea ?!?!

Just had another test run but it seems that now it also doesn't work anymore for the colleague it used to work for yesterday ?!?!

One other addition; if I connect to the server using the ip-address instead of the dns-name it works fine !?
