Logins/Object Creation By Group - User Selects Group

Good afternoon,

I was wondering if there is a way to incorporate a report that allows the end user the ability to select a Group to run the report against. There is the built in "Deleted Documents by (User)" report that allows the end user to use the pick list. Is there an option to allow the user to select a group instead?
